These terms apply when you use the SmartCart website and apps. By using SmartCart, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account information.

What SmartCart provides

SmartCart helps you create shopping lists and view catalogue, current-price and historical-price information. Prices, stock and product availability can change and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always check the retailer’s current price and terms before buying.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service or use SmartCart to obtain data in an unlawful way.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are currently purchased through the relevant mobile app store. Store billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules apply. Features and plan limits are shown before purchase and may evolve; material changes will be communicated where required.

Acceptable use

You may use SmartCart for personal shopping and normal household planning. You may not resell the service, copy the catalogue in bulk, interfere with security, reverse engineer restricted services or submit harmful or unlawful content.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SmartCart available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted service or guaranteed savings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
