Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your SmartCart account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email smartcart@cetia-solutions.co.uk from the email address used for your SmartCart account.
2. Use the subject “SmartCart data deletion request”.
3. We will ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or anonymise account, profile, shopping-list, settings and support data that we are not required to retain. Limited records may be retained where required for security, legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. App-store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google account.
